DAC New York Web Site Privacy Policy

You may visit our web site at any time and browse without giving us any personal information. If you decide to contact DAC New York (DACNY) via our contact form for the purpose of receiving more information about our services, or requesting a free consultation and quote, we request that you provide us with personal information such as name and email address, with optional: the name of your organization, phone number, website and any other information you choose to include in your message.

We do not share any information you provide to us with outside parties. We only use the information you provide to contact you back and to make demographic studies with google analytics. We have set up our analytics system so google does not collect your information for it's own purposes.

Our analytics system does transfer cookies to your browser and we collect data such as: type of browser, ISP, geographic region, operating system... etc. Most browsers allow sites to transfer cookies but you can choose to "block cookies" in your browser preferences if you so desire.

It is possible that we may be forced to disclose your information to government officials or although we have high standard security measures that third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications while in transit. By using our contact form you agree to not hold DAC New York responsible for any misuse of your personal information that could happen if an interception should occur.

We will not provide service to children under the age of 18 unless their request for service is in conjunction with a parent or guardian. Personal Information provided by a minor without his/her parent/guardian consent will be destroyed.
